Creator Toolkit Solutions was founded by firefighter and fire service professional Brian Rogers with a simple goal: create practical, high-quality resources that help firefighters prepare for certifications, promotional processes, leadership roles, and career advancement.
Throughout his fire service career, Brian discovered that many study materials were either outdated, difficult to navigate, or lacked realistic preparation tools. After spending years preparing for certifications, promotional exams, interviews, and leadership positions, he began developing resources designed by firefighters, for firefighters.
Today, Creator Toolkit Solutions focuses on fire service education, promotional preparation, professional development, and leadership growth. Our resources are built to help firefighters gain confidence, improve knowledge retention, and prepare for success both on test day and throughout their careers.
Brian Rogers is a career firefighter serving within Brevard County, Florida. He holds an Associate of Science Degree in Fire Science Technology and numerous fire service certifications, including:

Prior to entering the fire service, Brian served in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Sergeant (E-5) and serving as a Squad Leader for a combat infantry platoon. His military experience helped establish the leadership, discipline, and commitment to professional development that continue to guide his career today.
Throughout his fire service career, Brian has served in leadership roles, acted in officer positions, delivered fire service training, and participated in firefighter development and mentorship programs. Having personally navigated certification testing, promotional processes, and leadership development, he understands the challenges firefighters face while advancing their careers.
